Lessons for consumers

The company Future Farming s.r.o., hereinafter referred to as “the company”, uses the possibility of out-of-court settlement of consumer complaints. In the event of a complaint, consumers may contact the relevant Company employee free of charge via the email address [email protected]. The consumer also has the right to an out-of-court settlement of any dispute arising from concluded consumer contracts through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Central Inspectorate – ADR Department, Štěpánská 15, 120 00 Prague 2, email: [email protected], http://adr.coi.cz/. The consumer is entitled to submit a proposal for the initiation of an out-of-court settlement of a consumer dispute at the following link: https://www.coi.cz/mimosoudni-reseni-spotrebitelskych-sporu-adr/. The consumer can also use the online dispute resolution platform, which is set up at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. The Czech Trade Inspection Authority handles out-of-court consumer complaints in the manner and under the conditions set out in the relevant legislation.
